A Trusted Voice in the Fight for Economic Equity
About Nikki

Nikki Porcher is a nationally recognized economic visionary, policy strategist, and founder reshaping what it means to build a truly inclusive economy, one that works for workers, entrepreneurs, and communities alike. Known for translating insight into action, she’s the voice people seek when they want data-driven solutions to today’s most urgent workforce and labor challenges.

As a key voice on labor and industry boards, Nikki is helping build the future of work as a shared ecosystem where workers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses thrive together. Her leadership blends deep knowledge of the economic landscape with a bold, future-focused approach to strengthening it.

Nikki is also the founder of Buy From A Black Woman, a national nonprofit that has supported over 700 Black Women business owners, helping them generate more than $6.12 million in revenue. Under her direction, the organization became a model for how to use data, media, and public policy to drive economic equity and build community wealth.

Now, Nikki is expanding her impact beyond entrepreneurship, elevating workforce development, labor equity, and small business growth as foundational pillars of Georgia’s economic future. Whether she’s advising federal agencies, leading original research, or designing programs rooted in policy, Nikki is laying the groundwork for a modern labor economy that works for everyone.
